Newborns:

In this session you and baby/babies will spend an hour with us so I can create gorgeous close ups of all those precious expressions, tiny details and intimate moments of:

Mother and baby (or babies if more than one)
Father and baby
Siblings and baby or anyone else you want to involve in this special once in a lifetime moment.

We can also arrange for the photo shoot to take place in a wide range of baby friendly enviroments including our studio or your own home.

Babies to Toddlers:

Your babies will soon turn into toddlers and older children. Let us skillfully capture all the important milestones for you. Whether at our baby friendly studio, in your home, a child's own environment, at the beach, park or even Grandma's house, we are flexible and can really bring out their personalities.

Children and Teens:

I like to photograph children in an almost covert way. Letting kids be kids, having them running around, playing or interacting with an object is the best way to get natural images. I am happy to photograph them in a safe, fun and familiar environment, where play is encouraged, and where I can photograph them in a way that does not interfere with their enjoyment or spontaneity.

Children that are forced to pose, smile at the camera and interact with the photographer produces stale, fake photographs. If the children look and feel like they are being forced to participate in something that is not fun or natural it does come across in the photographs.

I will work with you and the children in a way that will get us the right results: Happy children having fun and enjoying themselves, thereby giving you stunning candid/action shots reflecting the child's on personality.

With Teenagers, I like to interact with them before the shoot. Find out their likes/dislikes, what interests them, and maybe incorporate an object that speaks to them. Be it a car, music playing in the background, a guitar, book or look/style. This way they are showing the real them, the way they are comfortable - and the photo's will be that more personal and appropriate.
